BE THE LIGHT Let me introduce you to Ami and Aubrey. These two women are social workers at two cancer centers here in Colorado. They have been distributing our encouragement bags almost right from the beginning of Be Still and Know Inc. We have developed a great relationship with them and they both feel comfortable enough with me that when they are running out of bags to give their patients, they will email me to ask for more rather than waiting for me to send them a check-in

FIVE YEARS AND GOING STRONG It was 2020 and the world was in the middle of the Covid pandemic.
